Section 41-10-653 Powers of the authority. The authority shall have, in addition to all powers
heretofore granted to the authority pursuant to Division 1, the following powers: (1) To sell

Section 11-50A-8 Powers of the authority. In addition to other powers granted the authority
by this chapter, it shall have all powers consistent with the purposes of the authority as
set forth in Section 11-50A-3, which are necessary or convenient to carry out and effectuate

Section 16-16B-10 (Implementation Conditioned on Separate Legislative Enactment.) Disposition
of funds. Notwithstanding any of the foregoing and in addition to all powers heretofore granted
to the Authority, the Authority is hereby expressly authorized to use the proceeds derived
from the sale of Bonds and income on Permitted Investments in accordance with the provisions
