Section 45-17-90.46 Review of records; rules and regulations; recovery of collection costs. It shall be the duty of the County Commission of Colbert County to enforce the provisions of this subpart upon its imposing the tax thereunder, and it shall have the right itself, or its members or its agents, to examine the books, reports, and accounts of every distributor, storer, or retail dealer of gasoline or motor fuel on which such tax has been imposed and to make any and all rules and regulations necessary and proper for the collection of such tax. (a) Except as provided in subsection (b), a long-term care insurance policy may not be delivered or issued for delivery in this state unless the policyholder or certificateholder has been offered the option of purchasing a policy or certificate including a nonforfeiture benefit. (a) As used in Section 32-5A-191, the term, "ignition interlock device" means a constant monitoring device that prevents a motor vehicle from being started at any time without first determining the equivalent blood alcohol level of the operator through the taking of a breath sample for testing. The system shall be calibrated so that the motor vehicle may not be started if the blood alcohol level of the operator, as measured by the test, reaches a blood alcohol concentration level of 0.02.
