Section 2-24-5 Making of false or fraudulent representations as to approval and certification
by commissioner. Any person, firm, partnership, corporation or association who shall make
any false or fraudulent representations that it is approved and certified by the Commissioner
of Agriculture and Industries without complying with the provisions of this chapter shall
be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished as now provided by law

Section 2-17-1 Definitions. When used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the following
meanings, respectively, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) COMMISSIONER.

(a) For purposes of this section, the following words shall have the following meanings: (1)
ADVERTISEMENT. Information communicated in a manner designed to attract public attention to
a referral service, participating dentist, or a practice of dentistry. (2) DENTAL REFERRAL

includes the referral or recommendation of persons to a dentist for any form of dental care
