Section 8-6-3 Registration and bonds of dealers, agents, investment advisers, etc. (a) It is unlawful for any person to transact business in this state as a dealer or agent for securities unless he or she is registered under this article. It is unlawful for any dealer or issuer to employ an agent unless the agent is registered. Section 2-15-62 Livestock market permit fees; use and disclosure of information pertaining to amount or volume of business. (a) Unless otherwise provided in this section, every person operating a livestock market in this state shall be required to pay annually, on or before October 1, a permit fee. (a) Credit shall be allowed when the reinsurance is ceded to an assuming insurer that is certified by the commissioner as a reinsurer in this state and secures its obligations in accordance with the requirements of this section.
