Section 8-16-17 Standards for containers of farm products - Adoption of federal standards.
The State Board of Agriculture and Industries is authorized to fix and promulgate as the official
standards for this state, for any container for any agricultural product, the standard for
such product which may have been promulgated or announced therefor under the authority of
the Congress of the United States. In carrying out the provisions of this section the Commissioner
of Agriculture and Industries is authorized to cooperate with the United States government,
or any department thereof, in accomplishing the matters and things referred to in this section.

Section 9-12-24 Authority and procedure for leasing of bottoms in natural oyster reefs; cancellation
and forfeiture of leases; disposition of proceeds from leases. In addition to the powers heretofore
enumerated, the Commissioner of Conservation and Natural Resources shall have power to lease
to any citizen of Alabama or firm or corporation organized under the laws of this state and
doing business within its limits, for the purpose of oyster culture, any bottom of the waters
of the state in a natural oyster bed or reef in such areas and at such prices and under such

transportation, dissemination, etc., of obscene matter. Any article, equipment, machine, materials,
matter, vehicle or other thing whatsoever used in the commercial production, transportation,

the age of 17 years engaged in any of the obscene acts described in Sections 13A-12-191, 13A-12-192,
