Section 28-3-20 Penalties for violations of provisions of chapter or rules and regulations
of boards generally. Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter for which
a penalty is not provided or any rule or regulation promulgated in conformity with this chapter
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not more than $500.00
for each offense and, in addition, may be imprisoned in the county jail for a period not to

any of the provisions of this article declared to be unlawful or who shall fail or refuse
to perform any duty or requirement imposed by the provisions of this article, or who shall

false statements under oath. Any person who violates or fails or refuses to comply with any

Section 25-14-8 Violations; penalties. (a)(1) Upon a finding that a registrant has violated

Section 22-30-16 Responsibilities of hazardous waste storage and treatment facility and hazardous
waste disposal site operators. (a) The department, acting through the commission, is authorized
to promulgate rules and regulations establishing such standards, applicable to owners and
