Section 2-19-129 Penalties. (a) Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this
article or the regulations promulgated hereunder, or who shall alter, forge or counterfeit,
or use without authority, any certificate or permit or other document provided for in this
article or in the regulations promulgated hereunder, shall be guilty of a Class C misdemeanor.
(b) Any person who shall, except in compliance with the regulations of the board, move any
regulated article into this state from any other state which the board found in such regulations

Section 9-16-105 Constitutionality and validity of article. (a) If Public Law 95-87, or any
rule or regulation promulgated thereunder or any part of such Public Law 95-87, is adjudged
unconstitutional or invalid for any reason, then such provisions of this article, or such
rules or regulations as were adopted in order to comply with the provisions of Public Law
95-87 which correspond to such constitutional or invalid provisions shall become void and

Section 23-5-14 Violation of rules, etc., enacted by county commission relative to public roads,
etc., of county. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to violate any rule,
regulation or law which has heretofore been adopted or promulgated or which may hereafter
be adopted or promulgated by the county commission of any county, under the authority conferred
by law, relating to the use, control, care, operation or maintenance of the public roads,

Section 20-2-67 Fees; costs; administrative fines. (a) The board is authorized to charge and
collect fees to defray expenses incurred in the registration and issuance of Qualified Alabama
Controlled Substances Registration Certificates and the administration of the provisions of
