Section 11-48-2 Definitions. When used in this article, the following words and phrases shall
have the following meanings, respectively, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
(1) COUNCIL. The council, mayor and aldermen, or other governing body. (2) MUNICIPALITY. Any
