Section 16-49-51 Definitions. For the purposes of this article the following terms shall have
the following meanings, respectively, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1)
REPOSITORY. A place or depository on the Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University campus.
(2) SOURCE MATERIALS. Any written or printed matter, memorabilia and artifacts. (3) AFRO-AMERICAN.

Section 8-17-80 Definitions. (a) The following words and phrases, when used in this article,
shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly
indicates a different meaning: (1) AVIATION GASOLINE. Motor fuel designed for use in the operation
of aircraft other than jet aircraft, and sold or used for that purpose. (2) BIODIESEL FUEL.
