attendance a program of general education consisting of courses parallel to those of the first

Section 38-12B-2 Develpment and adminstration of program. (a) The State Department of Human
Resources shall develop and administer Fostering Hope, a scholarship program for designated
persons currently or formerly in the state foster care program, including children adopted
from the program at the age of 14 or older. Commencing with the 2016-2017 academic year, the

concerned with higher education in this state, shall analyze and evaluate on a continuing

Section 17-8-14 Student interns. (a) The judge of probate in each county may appoint not more
than two students for each precinct to serve as unpaid student interns during elections. To
be appointed a student intern, a student must meet all of the following qualifications: (1)
