Section 32-2-60 Definitions. When used in this article, the following terms have the following meanings, respectively, unless the context clearly indicates a different meaning: (1) CRIMINAL HISTORY INFORMATION. Information collected and stored in the criminal record repository of the Department of Public Safety reflecting the result of an arrest, detention, or initiation of a criminal proceeding by criminal justice agencies, including, but not limited to, arrest record information, fingerprint cards, correctional induction and release information, identifiable descriptions and notations of arrests, detentions, indictments, or other formal charges. The term shall not include analytical records or investigative reports that contain criminal intelligence information or criminal investigation information. (2) CRIMINAL JUSTICE AGENCY. Section 2-23-2 Definitions. The following terms, as used in this chapter and rules and regulations promulgated under authority of this chapter, shall have the following meanings, respectively: (1) AGRICULTURAL LIMING MATERIALS. Those products whose calcium and magnesium compounds are capable of neutralizing soil acidity (2) LIMESTONE. Section 5-26-3 Definitions. For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply: (1) DEPOSITORY INSTITUTION. The term "depository institution" has the same meaning as in Section 3 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, and includes any credit union. (2) FEDERAL BANKING AGENCIES.
