Section 37-6-13 Consolidation generally. Any two or more cooperatives, each of which is hereinafter
designated a "consolidating cooperative," may consolidate into a new cooperative,

(a) The authority shall be governed by a board of directors, constituted as provided for in
this section. All powers of the authority shall be exercised by the board or pursuant to its

or more counties or portions thereof, there shall be created an advisory committee to consult

Section 11-92B-7 Board of directors. (a) The authority shall operate under the direction of
a board of directors which shall consist of voting members selected as follows: (1) One member
appointed by the Governor. (2) Five members appointed by the governing body of each municipality

Alabama Board for Registered Interior Designers, to be comprised of seven members appointed
