Section 28-11-12 Advisory board. (a) An advisory board shall be established to monitor the
implementation of this chapter. The advisory board shall meet at least quarterly. Representation
shall consist of one representative from each of the following: (1) The Office of the Governor.
(2) The Office of the Attorney General. (3) The Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation.
(4) The Department of Public Health. (5) The Alcoholic Beverage Control Board. (6) The Senate

Section 15-22-20 Board of Pardons and Paroles - Creation; composition; compensation. (a) There
shall be a Board of Pardons and Paroles which shall consist of three members. The membership
of the board shall be inclusive and reflect the racial, gender, geographic, urban/rural, or
