Section 41-7-3 Advisory Board. (a) There is established the Advisory Board to the Alabama Tourism Department to advise and assist the director. The board shall be composed of 21 members who shall be appointed as follows: (1) Two members who shall be appointed by the Governor from a list of three persons for each board position which shall be submitted to the Governor by the Alabama Travel Council, or its successor organization. (a) In Greene County, there is hereby created a three member Greene County Districting Commission, hereinafter referred to as districting commission, to establish districts for the election of members of the Greene County Commission and the Greene County Board of Education. Section 9-14E-5 Acceptance of proposals; project agreement; Gulf State Park Project Committee. (a) No later than 30 days after acceptance of a proposal by the Governor, the Governor shall submit the accepted proposal to the Director of Finance and Alabama Building Commission for evaluation, review, and comments pertaining to the information provided in the proposal.
