Section 45-49-30.02 Duties. It shall be the duty of the commission to study, consider, accumulate,
compile, assemble, and disseminate information on any aspect of Indian affairs; to investigate
relief needs of Indians of Mobile County and to provide technical assistance in the preparation
of plans for the alleviation of such needs; to confer with appropriate officials of local,
state, and federal governments and agencies of those concerned with Indian affairs to encourage
and implement coordination of applicable resources to meet the needs of Indians in Mobile
County; to cooperate with and secure the assistance of the local, state, and federal governments
or any agencies thereof in formulating any such programs, and to coordinate such programs
with any program regarding Indian affairs adopted or planned by the federal government to

Section 15-20A-42 Collection and dissemination of information by Alabama State Law Enforcement
Agency. (a) Any jurisdiction or agency responsible for registering a sex offender shall immediately
forward all required registration information and any changes to the required registration
information received to the Alabama State Law Enforcement Agency in a manner determined by
the Secretary of the Alabama State Law Enforcement Agency and promulgated in rule by the secretary
upon recommendation of an advisory board consisting of representatives of the office of the

the base program of two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500) per semester, an applicant
shall satisfy all of the following: (1) Be a graduate of a State Board of Education or State
Department of Education approved program in math or science, at the baccalaureate or master's
level, from an approved institution leading to an initial secondary professional educator
certificate endorsed in math or science. A teacher who only earns a passing score on the Praxis
test in math or science to add a certificate endorsement for math or science, and who has

Section 2-8-383 Rulemaking authority; disposition of funds; powers and duties of department.
(a) The department may adopt rules in accordance with the Alabama Administrative Procedure
Act, as necessary to administer an industrial hemp research program and to license growers
to grow industrial hemp pursuant to this article, including rules establishing reasonable
fees for licenses, permits, or other necessary expenses to defray the cost of implementing
and operating the industrial hemp research program in this state on an ongoing basis. All
revenue collected pursuant to rules adopted for the industrial hemp research under this section

Section 31-9-62 Salary supplement; allocation of federal funds. (a) Each state-recognized local
emergency management agency that employs and retains a local emergency management director
who completes the requirements to be a certified local emergency management director and is
so designated by the Director of the Alabama Emergency Management Agency shall receive an
annual salary supplement from the Alabama Emergency Management Agency in an amount necessary
to provide the local director with a total salary of forty thousand dollars ($40,000) per
