Section 41-29-334 Alignment of training and instruction; development of Alabama Industry Recognized
and Registered Apprenticeship model. (a) The Alabama Office of Apprenticeship, in consultation
with the Governor's Office of Education and Workforce Transformation, the P-20W Council, the
Alabama Workforce Council Committee on Credentialing and Career Pathways, the State Department
of Education, the Alabama Community College System, the Alabama Workforce Council, the regional
workforce councils, the State Workforce Development Board, and the local workforce development
boards, to the maximum extent practicable and permissible under state and federal law, shall

Section 16-6D-6 Innovation plan. (a) The innovation plan of a local school system shall include,
at a minimum, all of the following: (1) The school year that the local school system expects

The State Board of Education shall perform the following functions: (1) Collect each month
a list of missing Alabama school children, with a photograph, if available, as provided by
ACMEC. A missing Alabama school child shall be defined for the purposes of this section as
a child under 18 years whose whereabouts are unknown and who may reasonably be expected to
be attending an Alabama school. The list shall be designed to include such information as

Section 16-16-15 Incentive fund and council. (a) There is hereby created the Alabama Public
School and College Education Incentive Fund (Incentive Fund). Fifty-five million dollars ($55,000,000)

Section 16-30-4 Presentation of certificate upon initial entrance into school. The boards of
education and the governing authority of each private school shall require each pupil who
is otherwise entitled to admittance to kindergarten or first grade, whichever is applicable,
or any other entrance into an Alabama public or private school, to present a certification
of immunization or testing for the prevention of those communicable diseases designated by
the State Health Officer, except as provided in Section 16-30-3. Provided, however, that any
student presently enrolled in a school in this state, not having been immunized upon initial
entrance to school, is hereby required to present a certification of immunization as described
