Section 7-9A-102 Definitions and index of definitions. (a) Article 9A definitions. In this
article: (1) "Accession" means goods that are physically united with other goods
in such a manner that the identity of the original goods is not lost. (2) "Account,"
except as used in "account for," means a right to payment of a monetary obligation,

Section 27-62-6 Notification of cybersecurity event. (a) Each licensee shall notify the commissioner
as promptly as possible, but in no event later than three business days from a determination
that a cybersecurity event involving nonpublic information that is in the possession of a

Section 27-60-2 Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Compact. The State of Alabama hereby
agrees to the following interstate compact known as the Interstate Insurance Product Regulation

Section 5-7A-43 Continuation of identity, obligations, etc., of state bank. Upon such conversion,
merger or consolidation becoming effective, the national bank shall be deemed to be a continuation
of the entity and of the identity of the state bank and all the rights, obligations and relations
of the state bank to or in respect to any person, estate, creditor, depositor, trustee or
beneficiary of any trust and in, or in respect to, any executorship or trusteeship or other

Section 25-4-152 Deduction of child support obligations; procedures; reimbursement for administrative
costs; time of implementation; deduction of federal income tax. (a) (1) An individual filing
a claim for unemployment compensation shall, at the time of filing such claim, disclose whether
or not the individual owes child support obligations as defined under subdivision (7). If
any such individual discloses that he or she owes child support obligations, and is determined
to be eligible for unemployment compensation, the secretary shall notify the state or local
child support enforcement agency enforcing such obligation that the individual has been determined
