Section 11-43C-66 Head of division of finance - Powers and duties. The head of the division of finance shall have general management and control of the division and of finance. Section 39-2-12 Partial and final payments of contractors by awarding authorities. (a) As used in this section the following words shall have the meanings ascribed to them as follows: (1) CONTRACTOR.
