The county superintendent of education shall, on or before the first day of November of each year, forward to the State Superintendent of Education on blanks to be furnished him by the latter an annual report of the public schools of his county for the preceding year. Section 16-1-42 High school fast track to college program. (a) The State Superintendent of Education, the Chancellor of the Department of Postsecondary Education, and the Alabama Commission on Higher Education shall develop a plan for a high school fast track to college program that offers qualified individuals an opportunity to earn a high school diploma while earning credits for a certificate program or an associate's degree.
