Section 41-9-219.3 Application for designation as a qualified equity investment. (a) A qualified
community development entity that seeks to have an equity investment or long-term debt security
designated as a qualified equity investment and eligible for tax credits under this article
shall apply to the department. The qualified community development entity shall submit an
application on a form that the department provides that includes all of the following: (1)
The name, address, tax identification number of the entity, and evidence of the entity's certification
as a qualified community development entity. (2) A copy of any allocation agreement executed
by the entity, or its controlling entity, and the Community Development Financial Institutions

Section 15-22-26 Standards for release of prisoners on parole. (a) No prisoner shall be released
on parole merely as a reward for good conduct or efficient performance of duties assigned
in prison, but only if the Board of Pardons and Paroles is of the opinion that the prisoner
meets criteria and guidelines established by the board to determine a prisoner's fitness for
parole and to ensure public safety. The guidelines shall serve as an aid in the parole process
and shall promote the use of prison space for the most violent and greatest risk offenders,
while recognizing that the board's paramount duty is to protect public safety. The guidelines

Section 45-48-247.02 Violations. It shall be unlawful for any dealer, storer, or distributor
engaged in or continuing in Marshall County in the business for which the tax is hereby levied
to fail or refuse to add to the price and collect from the purchaser the amount due on account
of the tax herein provided or to refund or offer to refund all or part of the amount collected
or absorb or advertise directly or indirectly the absorption of the tax or any portion thereof.
(1) The proceeds from the tax hereby authorized, less the actual cost of collection not to
exceed ten per centum shall be paid by the State Department of Revenue to the Marshall County

Section 9-2-150 Shellfish Aquaculture Review Board; oyster aquaculture leasing program. (a)
For purposes of this section, the following words shall have the following meanings: (1) BOARD.
The Shellfish Aquaculture Review Board. (2) DEPARTMENT. The Department of Conservation and
Natural Resources. (3) OYSTER AQUACULTURE. The cultivation and harvesting of hatchery-spawned
