Section 40-23-210 Definitions. As used in this article, the term "covered items"
means the following: (1) Articles of clothing with a sales price of one hundred dollars ($100),
or less, per article of clothing. a. "Clothing" means all human wearing apparel
suitable for general use including sandals, shoes, and sneakers. Clothing shall not include:
1. Belt buckles sold separately. 2. Costume masks sold separately. 3. Patches and emblems
sold separately. 4. Sewing equipment and supplies including, but not limited to, knitting
needles, patterns, pins, scissors, sewing machines, sewing needles, tape measures, and thimbles.
5. Sewing materials that become part of "clothing" including, but not limited to,
buttons, fabric, lace, thread, yarn, and zippers. b. In addition, clothing shall not include

Section 40-23-60 Definitions. For the purpose of this article, the following terms shall have
the respective meanings ascribed to them in this section: (1) PERSON or COMPANY. Any individual,

Section 27-54-4 Illnesses covered; requirements of benefit plans, etc. (a) All group health
benefit plans shall offer to provide, at a minimum, additional benefits according to this
chapter for a person receiving medical treatment for any of the following mental illnesses
diagnosed by an appropriately licensed provider. (1) Schizophrenia, schizophrenia form disorder,
schizo affective disorder. (2) Bipolar disorder. (3) Panic disorder. (4) Obsessive-compulsive

Section 34-1A-5 Licenses - Issuance; fees; suspension or revocation; nonresident license; display;
written service contracts; confidential information. (a) The board shall issue licenses authorized
by this chapter to all qualified individuals in accordance with rules or regulations established
by the board. (b)(1) Effective beginning January 1, 2014, the license fee for a two-year period
as set by the board shall not exceed three hundred dollars ($300) for an individual and one
thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500) for a business entity. (2) Effective for the license
year beginning January 1, 2014, and thereafter, the board may provide for the licenses to
be renewed on a staggered basis as determined by rule of the board and, in order to stagger

dispense or cause to be dispensed a different biological or brand of biological product in
lieu of that ordered or prescribed without the express permission in each case of the person
ordering or prescribing the drug, except as provided in this section. (b) A licensed pharmacist

Section 6-12A-3 Tobacco product manufacturer certification; directory; stamping, sale, or import
of cigarettes not in directory. (a) Certification. Every tobacco product manufacturer whose
cigarettes are sold in this state whether directly or through a distributor, retailer, or
similar intermediary or intermediaries shall execute and deliver on a form prescribed by the
commissioner, a certification to the commissioner no later than the thirtieth day of April
each year, certifying that, as of the date of the certification, the tobacco product manufacturer
