Section 31-13-25 E-Verify employer agent service. (a)(1) The Alabama Department of Homeland
Security shall establish and maintain an E-Verify employer agent service for any business
entity or employer in this state with 25 or fewer employees to use the E-Verify program to
verify an employee's employment eligibility on behalf of the business entity or employer.
The Alabama Department of Homeland Security shall establish an E-Verify employer agent account
with the United States Department of Homeland Security, shall enroll a participating business
entity or employer in the E-Verify program on its behalf, and shall conform to all federal
statutes and regulations governing E-Verify employer agents. The Alabama Department of Homeland
Security shall not charge a fee to a participating business entity or employer for this service.
(2) The Alabama Department of Homeland Security E-Verify employer agent service shall be in

Section 11-98-5.3 Prepaid wireless telephone service. (a) As used in this section, the following
words and terms shall have the following meanings unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
(1) DEPARTMENT. The Department of Revenue for the State of Alabama. (2) PREPAID RETAIL TRANSACTION.
The purchase of prepaid wireless telecommunications service from a seller for any purpose
other than resale. (3) PREPAID WIRELESS CONSUMER. A person who purchases prepaid wireless
telecommunications service in a retail transaction. (4) PREPAID WIRELESS TELEPHONE SERVICE.
A service that meets all of the following requirements: a. Authorizes the purchase of CMRS,
either exclusively or in conjunction with other services. b. Must be paid for in advance.
c. Is sold in units or dollars whose number or dollar value declines with use and is known

Section 17-5-16 Fraudulent misrepresentation as acting for candidate, etc., prohibited; automated

Section 13A-8-23 Tampering with availability of gas, electricity, or water. (a) The following
