Section 26-14-8 Statewide central registry. (a) For the purposes of this section, the following
words shall have the following meanings, respectively: (1) INDICATED. When credible evidence
and professional judgment substantiates that an alleged perpetrator is responsible for child
abuse or neglect. (2) NOT INDICATED. When credible evidence and professional judgment does
not substantiate that an alleged perpetrator is responsible for child abuse or neglect. (b)
The Department of Human Resources shall establish a statewide central registry for reports
of child abuse and neglect made pursuant to this chapter. The central registry shall contain,
but shall not be limited to: (1) All information in the written report; (2) Record of the
final disposition of the report, including services offered and services accepted; (3) The
names and identifying data, dates, and circumstances of any persons requesting or receiving

Section 26-17-637 Binding effect of determination of parentage. (a) Except as otherwise provided
in subsection (b), a determination of parentage is binding on: (1) all signatories to an acknowledgement
as provided in Article 3; and (2) all parties to an adjudication by a court acting under circumstances
that satisfy the jurisdictional requirements of Section 30-3A-201. (b) A child is not bound
by a determination of parentage under this chapter unless the child was a party or was represented

Section 27-29B-3 Disclosure requirement. (a) Not later than June 1 of each calendar year, an
insurer or the insurance group of which the insurer is a member, shall submit to the commissioner
a Corporate Governance Annual Disclosure that contains the information described in Section

Section 38-12-34 Subsidies - Authorized; eligibility. (a) Subject to rules adopted to implement
this article, the department may provide subsidies for an eligible child placed in kinship
guardianship by a court, or by a federally recognized Native American Indian tribe, if the
child would not be placed in a kinship guardianship without the assistance of the program.
(b) A child is an eligible child for a kinship guardianship subsidy if the department determines

Section 5-25-10 Annual report. (a) Each licensee shall annually, on or before May 1, file a
written report with the department containing that information the department may require
concerning the licensee's business and operations during the preceding calendar year, including
financial statements. (b) Reports shall be made under oath and shall be in the form prescribed
by the department. Any licensee who fails to prepare and file with the department by May 1
the report required by this section shall pay the department a late penalty of one hundred
dollars ($100) for each day after May 1. The department may, in its discretion, relieve any

Section 6-10-83 Proceedings to set apart homestead when same exceeds value allowed. When it
appears from the report of the appraisers that the homestead exceeds in value $6,000, the
probate court shall forthwith appoint three commissioners, who shall, as soon as practicable
