Section 13A-12-27 Possession of gambling device. (a) A person commits the crime of possession of a gambling device if with knowledge of the character thereof he manufactures, sells, transports, places or possesses, or conducts or negotiates any transaction affecting or designed to affect ownership, custody or use of: (1) A slot machine; or (2) Any other gambling device, with the intention that it be used in the advancement of unlawful gambling activity. Section 20-2-190 Penalties; sale of ephedrine, etc.; Alabama Drug Abuse Task Force. Section 34-1-3 State Board of Public Accountancy. (a) There is created a board of public accountancy in and for the State of Alabama, to be known as the Alabama State Board of Public Accountancy. The board shall consist of seven members appointed by the Governor and confirmed by the Senate. Members of the board shall be citizens of the United States and residents of the state.
