Section 16-22-15.1 Employment of relatives. (a) As used in this section, the following terms
have the following meanings: (1) BOARD, BOARD OF EDUCATION, or EXECUTIVE OFFICER. These terms
shall have the same meaning as provided in Section 16-22-15. (2) RELATIVE. The spouse, a dependant,
an adult child or his or her spouse, a parent, a spouse's parent, or a sibling or his or her
spouse, of another person. (b) Except as otherwise provided in this section, an executive
officer may not recommend a relative for employment to his or her board. (c) If a board publishes
a vacancy announcement pursuant to Section 16-22-15 and a relative of the executive officer
submits an application or otherwise seeks the advertised position, the executive officer shall

Section 26-21-4 Procedure for waiver of consent requirement - Notice to parents or guardian

Section 34-2A-13 Disciplinary actions; review. (a) The board may discipline its licensees by
the adoption and collection of administrative fines, not to exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000)
per violation, and may institute any legal proceedings necessary to effect compliance with

Section 40-17-350 Transportation of motor fuel; inspections. (a) Each person operating a refinery
or terminal in Alabama shall prepare and provide to the driver of every highway vehicle receiving
motor fuel at the facility a shipping document setting out on its face the destination state
as represented to the terminal operator by the shipper or the shipper's agent. Failure to
comply with this subsection may result in a department imposed penalty of not less than five
hundred dollars ($500) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), to be multiplied by the
sum of the current violation plus prior violations of this subsection. (b) Every person transporting
