Section 13A-11-155 Restitution. Any person convicted of a violation of this article shall also
be required by the court to make restitution of two times the value of the animal or crop
damaged, destroyed, or lost to the owner or operator of the animal or crop facility for any

Section 13A-11-235 Restitution; remedies. (a) A person convicted of a violation of this article
shall be ordered to make full restitution for damages, including incidental and consequential
expenses, incurred by the service dog and its user, which arise out of or are related to the

Section 13A-11-263 Penalties. In addition to any other penalties imposed, any person who violates
this article may be ordered by the court to pay restitution to the owner of the police animal
or search and rescue animal and the agency involved for expenses caused by the violation,
