Section 9-16-95 Citizens' actions; attorneys, etc., fees allowed as damages. Section 45-21A-10.01 Definitions. As used in this article, the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1) CITY. The City of Brantley, Alabama. (2) CIVIL FINE. Any sale or lease of real property or any interest therein of the state made in violation of this article shall be null and void, and the person or persons violating this article shall be subject to criminal prosecution by the Attorney General.
