Section 13A-6-22 Assault in the third degree. (a) A person commits the crime of assault in
the third degree if: (1) With intent to cause physical injury to another person, he causes
physical injury to any person; or (2) He recklessly causes physical injury to another person;

Section 20-2-143 Manufacture, distribution, possession, or advertisement of imitation controlled
substances prohibited; penalties; immunity of certain persons from liability. (a) Manufacture
or distribution. It is unlawful for any person to manufacture, distribute, or possess with
intent to distribute or sell an imitation controlled substance. Any person who violates this
subsection shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor under Title 13A. (b) Distribution to a
minor. Any person 18 years of age or older who violates subsection (a) of this section by
distributing or selling an imitation controlled substance to a person under 18 years of age
shall be guilty of a Class C felony under Title 13A. (c) Possession. It is unlawful for any

shall comply with the requirements in subdivision (2) in addition to any other requirements
imposed by the court. (2) Within 30 days of the issuance of the order declaring the dog to
be dangerous or a nuisance, the owner of the dog shall be required to register the dog with
the animal control authority in the jurisdiction in which the animal is kept or if there is
no animal control authority in the jurisdiction where the animal is kept, with the county

Section 45-49-170.24 Requirements for owner of dog declared dangerous or a nuisance. (a)(1)
If a court determines that a dog is dangerous or a nuisance, but does not order that the dog
