Section 2-3A-2 Definitions. The following words and phrases used in this article, and others
evidently intended as the equivalent thereof, shall, in the absence of clear implication herein
otherwise, be given the following respective interpretations herein: (1) AFFILIATE. With respect
to any lender, any person, firm or corporation controlled by, or under common control with,

Section 24-2-1 Legislative findings and declaration of necessity. (a) It is hereby found and
declared: (1) That there exist in many communities within this state blighted areas, as defined

commission, by order, may require any utility or any officer or agent thereof to produce within
the state, at such reasonable time and place as it may designate, any books, records, accounts
