Section 13A-10-194 Destructive device or bacteriological or biological weapon - Sales, distribution,
etc. (a) It shall be unlawful for a person to sell, furnish, give away, deliver, or distribute
a destructive device, or a bacteriological or biological weapon to a person who is less than
21 years of age. (b) A person convicted of a violation of subsection (a) shall be guilty of
a Class A felony. If the defendant is a corporation or other entity, the corporation or other
entity shall be fined not less than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) nor more than
two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000). A corporation or other entity may also be sentenced

to cause injury or destruction. (a) It shall be unlawful for any person to possess, transport,
or receive or attempt to possess, transport, or receive a destructive device, explosive, or

device or weapon. (a) It shall be unlawful for a person to manufacture, possess, transport,
or distribute a hoax device or replica of a destructive device, detonator, or bacteriological

Section 45-49-170 Mobile County Litter Control Act. (a)(1) Recognizing the rapid growth of
the County of Mobile and the need for a healthful, clean, and beautiful environment; and further
recognizing that the proliferation and accumulation of litter discarded throughout Mobile
County impairs this need and constitutes a public health hazard; and further recognizing the
addition need of effective litter control, there is hereby enacted this Mobile County Litter

crime - Attempt. (a) It shall be unlawful for a person to attempt to commit an explosives

Section 13A-10-198 Explosives or destructive device or bacteriological or biological weapons
crime - Conspiracy. (a) It shall be unlawful for a person to conspire to commit an explosives
or destructive device or bacteriological or biological weapons crime as contained in Act 2009-718.
