Section 13A-10-130 Interfering with judicial proceedings. (a) A person commits the crime of interfering with judicial proceedings if: (1) He engages in disorderly, contemptuous or insolent behavior, committed during the sitting of a court in its immediate view and presence, and directly tending to interrupt its proceedings or impair the respect due its authority; (2) He intentionally creates a breach of the peace or disturbance under circumstances directly tending to interrupt a court's proceedings; (3) As an attorney, clerk or other officer of the court, he knowingly fails to perform or violates a duty of his office, or knowingly disobeys a lawful directive or order of a court; (4) Knowing that he is not authorized to practice law, he represents himself to be an attorney and acts as such in a court proceeding; or (5) He records or attempts to record the deliberation of a jury. (a) A person commits the crime of phishing if the person by means of an Internet web page, electronic mail message, or otherwise using the Internet, solicits, requests, or takes any action to induce another person to provide identifying information by representing that the person, either directly or by implication, is a business, without the authority or approval of the business.
