Section 16-60-303 Appointment of board of directors. (a) The Community Outreach Partnership Center shall initially be governed by a five-member board of directors. (b) The initial Board of Directors of the Community Outreach Partnership Center shall be as follows: (1) The President of Jefferson State Community College (Place One). (2) Two members (Place Two and Place Five) initially selected by the State House of Representatives Legislative Delegation of Jefferson County. (3) Two members (Place Three and Place Four) initially selected by the State Senate Legislative Delegation of Jefferson County. (1) The board shall consist of five members, four of whom shall be involved in the practice of occupational therapy, of which one shall be an occupational therapy assistant.
