Section 11-20-5 Bonds - Form, terms, denominations, etc.; execution, sale, delivery, redemption, etc.; applicability of usury, etc., laws. All bonds issued by a county under authority of this article shall be limited obligations of the county, the principal of and interest on which shall be payable solely out of the revenues derived from the leasing of the project to finance which the bonds are issued. Section 16-16-14 Use of bond proceeds for loans to local boards of education. The proceeds derived from the sale of any bonds issued pursuant to subsection (b) of Section 3 of Act 98-373 shall be deposited in the State Treasury and shall be carried in a separate fund therein for the account of the authority, which shall pay therefrom the expenses of issuance thereof.
