Section 45-36A-102 Historic preservation commission; architectural review board; review of
building plans. (a) The governing body of the City of Scottsboro in Jackson County may adopt
ordinances, pass resolutions, or take such appropriate action as necessary to promote the
general public welfare within the city, such ordinances to protect the historic character
of the city in the manner hereinafter described.. (b) The governing body of the city, upon

as a historic district any area, site, building, or structure within the city having an overall

Section 37-2-7 Application for certificate or permit - Grant or refusal; conditions; revocation;
exception. The commission, as it deems to the best interest of the public, may grant in part
or in whole, or may refuse such applications, and in the event such applications are granted,
the commission may impose such conditions as it deems expedient for the protection of the

Section 37-2-6 Application for certificate or permit - Notice and hearing. The application
for and issuance of any such certificate of convenience and necessity or application for a
permit to abandon its service, provided for in Sections 37-2-4 and 37-2-5, shall be under

Section 34-24-338 Certificate of registration - Contents; change of address. Upon due application
therefor, by a licensee of the Medical Licensure Commission, and upon the payment of fees
required to be paid by this article, the commission shall issue to such applicant a certificate

the following requirements in order for the county commission to consider rescission of a

Section 37-3-32 Fees. In addition to all of the taxes and fees prescribed by law, motor carriers
