Section 45-32-150.10 Production of documents, etc.; removal of certain licensee employees;
recordkeeping; inspections; witnesses. The commission is empowered to compel the production
of any and all books, memoranda, or documents showing the receipts and disbursements of any
person, association, or corporation licensed to conduct race meetings under this part. The
commission may at any time require the removal of any employee or official employed by any
licensee hereunder whenever it has reason to believe that such employee or official is guilty
of any improper practice in connection with racing, has failed to comply with any condition
of the license, or has violated any rule adopted by the commission. The commission shall have
the power to require that the books and financial or other statements of any licensee be kept

Section 45-44-150.16 Eligibility of applicants and licenses. Any person who engages in the
practice of professional gambling on greyhound dog races, or in the practice of making gambling
or wagering books on such races, or who knowingly takes any part in such practices, or has
been convicted of any charge of gambling, any felony, or any crime involving moral turpitude
shall not be eligible as an applicant for any license or permit to operate a race track or

Section 34-9-6.1 Mobile dental facilities or portable dental operations. (a) For purposes of
this section, the following words have the following meanings: (1) DENTAL HOME. The dental
home is the ongoing relationship between the dentist and the patient, inclusive of all aspects

Section 40-17-350 Transportation of motor fuel; inspections. (a) Each person operating a refinery
or terminal in Alabama shall prepare and provide to the driver of every highway vehicle receiving
motor fuel at the facility a shipping document setting out on its face the destination state
as represented to the terminal operator by the shipper or the shipper's agent. Failure to
comply with this subsection may result in a department imposed penalty of not less than five
hundred dollars ($500) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), to be multiplied by the
