Section 23-1-178 Bonds - Disposition of proceeds. (a) The proceeds of all bonds, other than
refunding bonds, issued by the corporation remaining after paying the expenses of their issuance
shall be deposited in the State Treasury and credited to the Road and Bridge Fund, and shall
be subject to be drawn on by the corporation, upon the approval of the State Department of
Transportation, but solely for the purpose of constructing, reconstructing , or relocating
public roads and bridges, or work incidental or related thereto, including the acquisition
of property necessary therefor, in the State of Alabama; provided, that such funds may be
used only for payment of the state's share or the costs thereof to be paid by any county or

Section 23-7-9 Financing agreements; other authorized financing; security interests. (a) Qualified
borrowers may obtain loans or other financial assistance from the bank through financing agreements.
Qualified borrowers entering into financing agreements and issuing loan obligations to the
bank may perform any acts, take any action, adopt any proceedings, and make and carry out

Section 45-49A-10.05 Power to borrow money and issue revenue bonds. (a) The corporation shall
have the power to borrow money and to issue revenue bonds as evidence of any money borrowed,
which bonds shall be payable solely from the revenues derived from the activities and enterprises

on it by law, and subject to any express provisions of its certificate of incorporation to

Section 23-2-149 Trust agreements securing bond issues; authorized provisions protecting holders;
pledge of revenues. In the discretion of the authority, any bonds issued under the provisions
of this article may be secured by a trust agreement by and between the authority and a corporate
