Section 16-16A-2 Definitions. As used in this chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings: (1) AUTHORITY. The Public School and College Authority. (2) BASELINE DATE. The following words and phrases when used in this title, for the purpose of this title, shall have meanings respectively ascribed to them in this section, except when the context otherwise requires: (1) ALLEY. The State of Alabama hereby agrees to the following interstate compact known as the Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Compact: ARTICLE I. PURPOSES.
