Section 11-52-81 Board of adjustment - Appeals to circuit court from final decision of board
of adjustment. Any party aggrieved by any final judgment or decision of such board of zoning

Section 34-13-31 Appeal from decision of board. (a) Whenever, by decision, final order, or
other final determination upon any public hearing provided for by this chapter, a party to
such hearing shall feel aggrieved, an appeal may be taken to the Circuit Court of Montgomery

Section 45-39-40.26 Decisions of board; appeals. (a) Findings made by the board are deemed
conclusive, unless within 30 days after notice of the decision of the board has been given
an aggrieved party, the aggrieved person shall appeal the finding or ruling to the circuit
court of the county of his or her residence or to the Circuit Court of Lauderdale County.
In the event of such appeal, the circuit court shall hear the same de novo. The appeal shall

and county appointing authorities, aggrieved by a final action of the board, shall be entitled
to a review of the action by filing a petition in the Circuit Court of Calhoun County within

Section 34-4-33 Revocation or suspension - Notice of appeal; decision stayed; record and complaint

Section 11-44B-48 Conduct of hearing; appeal and review. (a) Within 90 calendar days after
receipt of written charges or a written appeal of an employee from a decision after predisciplinary
