Section 11-51-90.2 Purchase of business license; classification of taxpayers; vehicle decals; determination of gross receipts; construction with other provisions. (a) Every taxpayer required to purchase a business license under this chapter shall: (1) Purchase a business license for each location at which it does business in the municipality, except as otherwise provided by the municipality. Section 15-22-32 Parole court; hearing officers; sanctions; delegation of authority. (a) Whenever there is reasonable cause to believe that a prisoner who has been paroled has violated his or her parole, the Board of Pardons and Paroles, at its next meeting, may declare the prisoner to be delinquent, and time owed shall date from the delinquency. Section 11-88-7.1 Additional powers. (a) Any authority organized or operating pursuant to Chapter 88 of Title 11 shall, in addition to all other powers now or hereafter granted by law, have the following powers and rights: (1) To borrow money for temporary use for any of its corporate purposes and, in evidence of such borrowing, to issue from time to time revenue bonds or notes maturing not later than 36 months from the date of issuance.
