Section 11-44A-32 Form of government; powers and duties of municipality. The municipality shall
thereafter and as provided herein be governed by a mayor elected at large and a five-member

Section 11-43D-2 Adoption of ordinance establishing boundaries of council districts; election
of mayor and city council; assumption of office; future elections; powers and duties. If said
ordinance as hereinabove set out be adopted by the governing body of any municipality to which

Section 11-49B-6 Board of directors. (a) Each authority shall be governed by a board of directors.
All powers of the authority shall be exercised by the board or pursuant to its authorization.
