(a) District management corporations provided for in this article shall be incorporated under the Alabama Nonprofit Corporation Act, Chapter 3 of Title 10A, and shall exercise their powers in a manner consistent with that law. Section 28-3-1 Definitions. As used in this title, the following words shall have the following meanings unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. Section 41-9-234 Committee on Alabama Monument Protection. (a) There is created the Committee on Alabama Monument Protection. (b) The legislative members of the committee shall be appointed and reappointed at the beginning of each legislative quadrennium. Section 11-43A-18 Appointment of city manager; temporary acting city manager; removal; dealings with administrative service. The council, by a majority vote of the whole qualified membership of the council, shall appoint a city manager, who shall be an officer of the city, and shall have the powers to perform the duties in this article provided.
