Section 36-25-4 State Ethics Commission - Duties; complaint; investigation; hearings; fees; finding of violation. (a) The commission shall do all of the following: (1) Prescribe forms for statements required to be filed by this chapter and make the forms available to persons required to file such statements. (2) Prepare guidelines setting forth recommended uniform methods of reporting for use by persons required to file statements required by this chapter. (3) Accept and file any written information voluntarily supplied that exceeds the requirements of this chapter. (4) Develop, where practicable, a filing, coding, and cross-indexing system consistent with the purposes of this chapter. (a) A person who has exhausted all administrative remedies available within the agency, other than rehearing, and who is aggrieved by a final decision in a contested case is entitled to judicial review under this chapter. (b) The Legislature hereby finds and declares that due to the economic, financial, and service impacts associated with the development of electric transmission facilities used for the furnishing of electric service to consumers in this state, it is in the public interest to provide incumbent electric suppliers the right to construct, own, operate, and maintain new transmission facilities that connect to their own electric systems. Section 22-52-10.9 Order finding defendant insane, mentally incompetent, etc., to be entered into information systems; civil review. (a)(1) Upon any finding that a defendant is insane, mentally incompetent, or not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect pursuant to Chapter 16 of Title 15, or the Alabama Rules of Criminal Procedure, the judge shall immediately forward the order of the finding to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency and the order shall be entered in its information systems.
