Section 11-50B-2 Definitions. As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1) ADVANCED TELECOMMUNICATIONS CAPABILITY. Without regard to any transmission media or technology, high-speed, switched, broadband telecommunications capability that enables users to originate and receive high-quality voice, data, graphics, and video telecommunications using any technology.
