Section 22-21-329 Notice of issuance of securities; limitation on actions to contest. Any resolution authorizing any securities under this article may contain a recital that they are issued pursuant to the provisions of this article, which recital shall be conclusive evidence that such securities have been duly authorized pursuant to the provisions of this article, notwithstanding the provisions of any other law now in force or hereafter enacted or amended.
