Section 45-30A-50 Definitions. The following words, terms, and phrases, wherever used herein, shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this section, and shall include the singular as well as the plural: (1) ALLOCATION. The SHPDA, pursuant to the provisions of Section 22-21-274, shall prescribe by rules and regulations the procedures for review of applications for certificates of need and for issuance of certificates of need.
