Section 10A-8A-9.04 Filings required for conversion; effective date. (a) After a plan of conversion is approved: (1) if the converting organization is an organization formed under, or its internal affairs are governed by, the laws of this state, the converting organization shall file a statement of conversion in accordance with subsection (c), which statement of conversion must be signed in accordance with Section 10A-8A-2.03 and which must include: (A) the name, type of organization, and mailing address of the principal office of the converting organization, and its unique identifying number or other designation as assigned by the Secretary of State, if any, before conversion; (B) the date of the filing of the certificate of formation of the converting organization, if any, and all prior amendments and the filing office or offices, if any, where such is filed; (C) a statement that the converting organization has been converted into the converted organization; (D) the name and type of...

(a)(1) Legend drugs, except controlled substances, dispensed to a patient in a hospital, nursing facility, assisted living facility, or specialty care assisted living facility may be donated and transferred pursuant to this section to a charitable clinic to be used by charitable patients free of charge when all of the following conditions are met: a. Section 34-27-68 Commission may seek injunctive relief, etc., for violation of article; investigation; revocation of registration. (a) If it appears that a person, firm, corporation, or any business entity has engaged, or is about to engage, in an act or practice constituting a violation of a provision of this article or rule or order of the commission, the commission, through the Attorney General, may institute legal actions to enjoin the act or practice and to enforce compliance with this article or any rule or order of the commission or to have a receiver or conservator appointed. (a) The district and circuit courts of this state, according to their respective established jurisdictions, may exercise jurisdiction over any landlord with respect to any conduct in this state governed by this chapter or with respect to any claim arising from a transaction subject to this chapter. Section 45-15-243.02 Failure to collect tax; powers and duties of department; unavailability of stamps. (a) It shall be unlawful for any dealer, storer, or distributor engaged in or continuing in the business in Cleburne County for which the tax is levied to fail or refuse to add to the sales price and collect from the purchaser the amount due on account of the tax herein provided, to refund or offer to refund all or any part of the amount collected or absorb, or advertise directly or indirectly, the absorption of the tax or any portion thereof.
