(a) In any action for injury or damages whether in contract or in tort against a health care provider based on a breach of the standard of care the damages assessed by the trier of fact shall be itemized as follows: (1) Past damages, (2) Future damages, (3) Punitive damages. (a) A disqualified person may not acquire or hold an interest in a horse racing facility licensee or an operator. (a) A statewide domestic violence fatality review team shall be established to review fatal and near-fatal incidents of domestic violence, related domestic violence matters, and suicides. Additional teams at the local and regional levels may be established as well in conjunction with local law enforcement agencies, the local domestic violence center, and local judicial officers including the court, prosecutor, and public defender.
