Section 3-1-1 Keeping of dog known to kill, etc., stock prohibited; liability of owner for
injuries, etc., caused by same; liability for killing of same. No person shall keep any dog
which has been known to kill or worry sheep or other stock without being set upon the same.
Any person knowingly keeping such dog is liable for double the value of all stock killed or
injured by such dog, such damages to be recovered by the owner of such stock before any court
of competent jurisdiction and no action shall be maintained against anyone for killing such

Section 34-9-18 Grounds for disciplinary action. (a) The board may invoke disciplinary action
as outlined in subsection (b) whenever it shall be established to the satisfaction of the

Section 6-6-260 Recovery of attorney's fee by person claiming to be owner of lost or stolen
property. Any person claiming to be the owner of lost or stolen property found in the possession
of another may, if such person continues to withhold such property five days after demand

Section 7-2A-511 Merchant lessee's duties as to rightfully rejected goods. (1) Subject to any
security interest of a lessee (Section 7-2A-508(5)), if a lessor or a supplier has no agent
or place of business at the market of rejection, a merchant lessee, after rejection of goods
