Section 11-51-90.2 Purchase of business license; classification of taxpayers; vehicle decals; determination of gross receipts; construction with other provisions. (a) Every taxpayer required to purchase a business license under this chapter shall: (1) Purchase a business license for each location at which it does business in the municipality, except as otherwise provided by the municipality. Section 41-10-36 Definitions. Unless the context requires otherwise, the terms defined in this section shall have the following meanings for purposes of this division: (1) AFFECTED BOND. Any obligation or portion thereof which is required under the terms of the code to receive an allocation of the state ceiling as a condition for the exclusion of interest on such obligation from the gross income of the recipient thereof for federal income tax purposes.
