Section 33-18-1 Alabama-Coosa-Tallapoosa River Basin Compact. (a) The department, acting through the commission, is authorized to promulgate rules and regulations establishing such standards, applicable to generators of hazardous waste as may be necessary to protect human health or the environment. (a) A multistate license to practice registered or licensed practical nursing issued by a home state to a resident in that state shall be recognized by each party state as authorizing a nurse to practice as a registered nurse or as a licensed practical nurse, under a multistate licensure privilege, in each party state.
